Silvia provided care to my grandmother with Alzheimers and we couldn't have asked for anyone who was more patient, kind, and compassionate. She showed so much patience and care, and took to the time to really understand my grandmother's needs. She brought different games and puzzles to my grandmother to help her with mind exercises, she took her to doctors appointments, helped her run errands, and took her on walks through local parks, the botanical garden, and other places. She was a great communicator and always touched base with us when she observed something new or concerning, and shared pictures with us of my grandmother on her walks. We also have two dogs who she was great with and we never had any concern when she was over. We can't recommend Silvia highly enough.
