I currently work FT and am looking for a PT senior helper position. I work M-F 7:30am-3:30 p.m. in Port Aransas and am available from 4pm-9 p.m. I have experience working with seniors and assisting with everyday routines (including bathing and toileting) such as getting dressed, driving to appointments, doing errands, helping out food prep/occasional cooking, laundry, light house keeping, going out and about to stores, senior centers, recreation parks, doctors appointments and to visit family. I worked in a assisted living facility in San Mateo where I gained 2 years of experience working with the senior age group that included Dementia and Alzheimer clients. My most recent caregiver position was working with a client in her 60s who had Multiple Scoliosis and she was permanently wheelchair bound. I worked with her for 2 years.
