I know the worry and concern of not being in close proximity to loved ones who are in need of assistance when you can't be there. I can help with companionship, running errands, and meal prep, and light housekeeping. I am very trustworthy and dependable. I've raised four children and have become a recent empty nester. I'm missing the caregiving role that I used to have. I work outside the home part time as a health coach.
