Shannon has been extremely helpful in assisting my senior father over the last couple of years. I live in a different state from my father and it is very reassuring knowing that Shannon is helping him with so many important things - medicine organization and monitoring, communicating with doctors for appointment scheduling and questions, monitoring blood pressure, problem solving the many issues that come up with his home and his health and most of all, consistently keeping me informed with how he is doing. My father really enjoys her company and appreciates her personable demeanor and knowledge. She does her job well with professionalism and a sense of humor! Thank you Shannon!
