We found Shannon skills knowledge and experience to be exceptional. She was everything we had hoped for and more. It was obvious to us it was more than just another job or client to her, It is difficult to put in words but we felt she was more like a family member and brought comfort to us knowing she was there taking care of our ( my ) Mother.
