After reading that strange review (poorly written as well), I think its appropriate to follow up with more detail about my family's experience with Shannon. We hired her for one year 3 months. During this time she took exceptional care of our mom. We entrusted her to administer medications, help her with appointments, provide hot meals, make grocery and prescription purchases, and the overall care and well being of our mom. We had narcotic prescriptions in the house, along with cash and credit cards, and never was one penny or pill missing. The negative review sounds like someone was turned down for something. If a prospective family is considering Shannon, she has my phone number and I will speak with you personally about our experience. Shannon will always be a part of our family.
