I'm a State registered nursing assistant. I have been since 2009. I started off working in Nursing Home Facilities which I made my career, as well as my life until two years ago. I felt I wasn't using all of my hands on skills that I specialize in and decided to turn to private in home care, which consist of light cleaning, hygiene care, daily recording of activities, vital signs, medication reminder, companionship, transportation, meal prep, and laundry. As of today I do not regret one bit of it and glad that I made that step and gave it a try. I also have the knowledge and hands on care/skills of working with dementia patients.
