My name is Selena. I have been a certified nursing assistant for 16 years. started at Henry ford retirement center. I cross trained with many intense cases for few years. Started working on my own by hiring agencies where I was able to match up with clients who need home health aid in the private of their own home Within five years I started to transition to wok on my own. to build one on one solid relationships was more fulfilling. Over 10 years I had extensive experience with Parkinson's, Alzheimer's and Dementia disease. My experience with geriatric , senior hospice patients. I have worked in Independent living, assistant living facilities and a private home care settings. I am accustom to working long hours shifts/weekends. Care plan needs and activities of daily living are all meet.
