Sarah was pleasant however I interviewed her, went through orientation and gave Sarah a schedule. I reached out several times. She has poor communication took days to to receive a response, when she did respond, Sarah assured me her schedule was to her liking but did not show up for any of scheduled hours. She left a 98yr old woman without care.
