About Sarah

A few years back I finished my yoga teacher training and I went to stay at an ashram in Santa Cruz, California. During my stay there I was asked to take care of the eldest member in the community. I had shown so much interest in getting to know her from the start that I was asked to do this special job. Of course I accepted! One day a week I would drive her into town to do errands. The rest of the week I would just occasionally stop in at her house to have small talk and we actually did a really cool project together. She helped me sew a skirt. This experience has really influenced my life and is why I am passionate about what I do.
