I have been a licensed Home Care Aid for 5 years and am passionate about helping people to achieve their care needs. I'm experienced with transfers, showering, nail care, navigating the kitchen, medication assistance, and much more. You name it, I've probably done it. I enjoy studying holistic medicine and believe each person's care should be unique to them, so that transfers over to my work. I see how important daily routines are to a persons health and I'm supportive of regular movement, good nutrition, and empowering personal choices. My personal interests are that I enjoy bike rides, working in the garden, walking, listening to music, reading, baking, cooking, silly movies, being at the beach, children, animals, painting, and my family. *unvaccinated*
