My heart is at ease when Rose is with my mother, and Mama's eyes light up when she arrives. Rose cared for my 94-year-old mother who had a stroke at the end of December 2021 that left her paralyzed on the entire right side of her body. I am only letting Rose go because my mother needs 24/7 live in help. Rose is highly competent with all forms of hands-on care - bathing, transfer, etc., but I especially love having her around because of how she gives her care; her nature is kind, gentle, and calm, and these things have been important after the stroke. I can't believe I almost missed her because of an illegitimate 2 star review! (The lady who kept Rose for 2 years caring for both her parents (and so clearly liked Rose's work) wouldn't let Rose take off to go to the funeral of the grandmother that raised her. Rose chose to go to the funeral anyway.)
