About Roselie

Responsible for instructing patients in acquiring basic living skills, providing a safe environment, and assisting patients in achieving their personal life goals as established in their ISP and IISP. I maintained a safe and healthy living environment for my patients. I reported unmet patients needs to their families or guardian and residential supervisor. I provided instruction, support, and assistance in the areas of health, personal hygiene, grooming, meal planning, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, personal safety and emergency procedures. I monitored medications to include accuracy of prescription, drug inventory, and observation of administration of drugs. I kept family or guardian and supervisor informed of patients needs, significant changes and issues. I attended training and performed medication aide tasks when needed. I provided life coach skills in order to assist the patient in becoming a vital part of society.
