We were interested in having Rosalva provide home care for my mom who has dementia and has had a recent hospitalization. She seemed interested and compassionate at first, but she turned out to be very unreliable and dishonest. She canceled on us twice, giving us different excuses each time. But the strange part was she didn't cancel until we reached out the day before and also the day of. She never showed up to meet my mom or start working with her. She also said she didn’t appreciate me giving her directions on how to talk to my mom, which I found very rude and insensitive. She wasted our time and caused us a lot of stress and frustration. She took advantage of our family’s vulnerability and showed no care or respect for our situation. She is not a trustworthy or respectful caregiver, and I do not recommend her to anyone who needs home care for their loved ones.
