Her background and knowledge look great but her customer service is hugely lacking. Set up a meet and greet with her after I told her all about the job and she was supposedly interested. She was one of three I was interviewing. She cancelled saying she was sick and I totally understood that. The next day I messaged her both via text and on care.com telling her I hoped she was feeling better and for her to let me know when we can reschedule. No response, no nothing. She could have responded and said she was still sick or was no longer interested but I got nothing. I reached out again and nothing. She knew this was important and I was needing someone for the next week but still nothing. To this day I have not heard back from her. Now, if she’s still sick, I understand, but all you had to do was let me know. As it was, the other two didn’t work out, and I had to do another deep dive, but finally found someone. Work on communication!
