About Roger

I'm highly educated, well-rounded, creative, and resourceful. I've worked as an educator, a pastor, a mediator, a writer, musician, and more. I've taught at Graceland University. I've founded and directed non-profit organizations. I've worked with elderly persons in various settings and capacities - including much home and hospital visitation. As well has end of life care and funeral preparation. Have helped with "hoarder" situations. I'm a good listener and am trained in helping people manage conflict. Strong suits: caring presence, good listener, creativity, physical fitness, music, critical thinking, and writing. I offer a healthy presence and am a good role model and friend. I've had training through Men's Leadership Alliance. Very handy. CPR certified. Eagle Scout. Pleasant and friendly disposition - and also down to earth and very real. Now live in Mankato, MN
