I interviewed and hired Rochelle to care for my mom on a bi weekly basis. On the day she was supposed to start, she was a NO SHOW. She did not even have the professional decency to call me or my mother to let us know she would not be there. She simply just did not show up. I called Rochelle, left a message, asked her to call me or my mother to let us know if she had changed her mind about the job. Still showed no consideration to respond. I would seriously think twice about hiring this one. Clearly, she is not dependable, does not stand behind her word, nor does she understand the importance of following through on commitment and sorely lacks communication skills. Fair warning.......DO NOT HIRE!!
