Rhonda is amazing! I hired Rhonda to replace a prior caregiver and she has absolutely exceeded my expectations. I feel like she cares for my mom like family. She accepts my mom's quirks and works patiently with her to maintain mom's independence and sense of capability. She encouraged anew way to coordinate mom's multiple caregivers.
