I hired Renee in late May to help care for my 95yo father in law in our home. She interviewed well, wanting to meet Stanley and see our home before she accepted the job. At that time I was desperate for reliable help and pretty much offered her the job over the phone interview. Her offer to meet Stan first struck me as mature and was and early indication of her personal integrity and value structure. (I've employed many people, and the good ones are obvious to me now.) She showed up every day on time (or let me know way in advance if she had a conflict). She did everything we asked and kept excellent notes for me, and for the rest of the caregiver team. Her knowledge for senior care issues (skin care, toileting, transfers, etc.) was exceptionally helpful for me and my husband. I fully recommend Renee for your senior care, and will definitely hire her for my own parents in a few years.
