Hi. I've been a nanny for about 10 years. I watched the last two boys for a school year. I stayed home with the baby all day and would pick up the 3-year-old from school at 11:30. We had a nice routine, lunch, a craft project, a nap, free play where they'd pick something to play with, Montessori based, and we would play together. Additionally I'd help older children with homework. During nap times I'd throw in a load of the children's laundry and clean up a bit so mom & dad could take over. I have a BS Degree and was a Manager in Supply Chain Operations for my career, then my own children (28 & 32) had grown and started their new lives and I really didn't feel I needed to be at the stressful long days management level any longer. I missed the nurturing and free hugs and reading books and doing crafts, so I made a crazy life change that I love. I'm 53 years old, so mature, but not too old to chase around small people. I drive. I am not a smoker and have a small 16-year-old dog.

Becky worked with our family for 8 months. We have two boys who were 2.5 and 10 months old when she started. Our boys started full time in a Montessori school, so we no longer needed her services, otherwise she would still be working with us. She was the perfect fit for our family. Becky is reliable, flexible, responsive and has an extremely calm demeanor. She likes to stay busy while the kids are napping and picked up extra chores around the house including laundry, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping, keeping the kitchen clean and dusting around the house. She is very thoughtful and supportive of the kids' needs and interests and always had a creative craft for the boys to do that was fun and educational. Becky was very easy to work with and communicate with and we still keep in touch. She would be an asset to any family and I highly recommend her.
