Ramona has been a great help to our family as my husband's mother's ALS symptoms have progressed. She has been flexible and insightful with all sorts of needs and family dynamics- what she herself can't provide she provides through her network of caregivers and her warm family who can also provide services. As we are over 4 hours away it gives peace of mind to know that everything my mother-in-law needs to stay in her home as long as possible is being taken care of. She is also a fun, communicative person to be around, a real gem.
