Rafaela was a wonderful caregiver, until she didn't show up one day without contacting us nor have we been able to reach her. We are very disappointed as my husbands need for a reliable caregiver is great. We wish we could post a more positive review, but Rafaela's no show/no contact has been very difficult for us.
