About Rachel

My name is Rachel. I have been a caregiver since 2019. I have provided care in the NHC facility, Johnson city medical, Holston valley medical and Bristol regional medical. I have experience in rehab, palliative, respite and hospice care. I'd describe my personality as I am very quirky and love laughing. Talking to people is my strong suit. I like caring for seniors because they are kind gentle souls. Not to mention they deserve that love and companionship. I'm looking for a job that gives me purpose. I started caring for seniors when I had my babies. I am a mother of 3 beautiful babies. Two of my babies have severe autism. They inspired to give those who cannot speak a voice. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and teach my babies to learn new things. One thing you should know about me is I don't rush any type of care given to your loved ones because I want them to feel comfortable and safe around me. My skills include bathing, feeding and hygiene.
