Phyllis was great with my mom and dad. She really became part of the family. I do not live near my parents and Phyllis kept me informed when needed. I never worried about my parents when I knew Phyllis was with them. She even helped with a few emergencies and dropped her personal schedule to take care of my parents. Love you Phyllis!
