I am a CNA with at least 16 years experience. I have CPR and First Aid and can furnish proof of current TB test. A little about my background, I once had a client who lived with me for over two years per her daughter's request. All other clients for whom I've cared I have traveled to their homes. I take care of meals, transportation, light housekeeping, bath assist, medications, etc. I am very trustworthy and I take pride in my work. I very much enjoy my work, and I am able to furnish several reference letters from the families of those for whom I have had the privilege to care for. I genuinely love caring for those who may need my help. Even as a child I always helped others. I also worked for the Cherokee County Board of Education for 32 years. I just retired there in June 2021 allowing me to do what I love most, caring for others. I worked for a Home Care Agency and still do that periodically to keep my credentials. I'd like the opportunity to give proof of my caring capabilities.

I hired Trish through Care.com to assist me in caring for my elderly father in his final year+ of living with me before he passed away at 103 ½. Trish was one of the very first people I interviewed and I never expected to get so lucky hiring the perfect person so quickly! She was kind, reliable, sweet and caring for my dad. She was always punctual and kept me informed regarding her schedule in order to enable me to plan ahead as needed. She is a very giving, sincere and completely trust-worthy person that my father loved and looked forward to seeing. Trish always engaged my father in conversation with sincere interest in him as a person, which delighted him. Trish was considered a member of our family and I would hire her again in an instant. There are few superlatives that don't apply to Trish and I would highly recommend her for her dedication and deep commitment to the people she cares for.
