I hired Patti after talking with her on the phone and also after she came to my house to see if she could transfer my 87 year old mother with a gait belt. She did transfer her and said she wanted the job. So on her first day there, I took my dog to the Vet. and my husband told me that Patti said she hurt her back. She needed to go to the Dr. and she could not do the job. She never contacted me at all and just left my mother who cannot even get out of her chair by herself. I cannot say I recommend her. She was only there 3 hours and just left!
