Pam is an absolutely wonderful caregiver! She took care of my dad, who had Alzheimer's, for almost a year & treated like him a member of her own family. She was extremely competent, compassionate, & never hesitated to step up & do whatever was needed to ensure my dad's needs were seen to-including covering shifts of other team members when they unexpectedly called out. She had an unending reservoir of patience in handling the unique challenges that go along with caring for a person with dementia. She was also a huge emotional support for myself-I just cannot say enough good things about Pam. She is a one-of-a-kind gem of a human being, you would be very lucky to have her taking care of your loved one. HIGHLY recommend!
