This caregiver did not demonstrate the healthcare skills she claims to have in her profile. She was unwilling or unable to run errands or change oxygen lines and tanks. She said she had her own transportation to take my mother to doctor appointments, but then insisted I provide transportation. She was unable to use ride share and had me call taxis. Once a doctor's appointment ran long and she had to be relieved in the waiting room by a family member. Upon arrival, the family member quickly noticed my mother was attached to an empty oxygen tank while the full spare sat next to her unused. She canceled at the last minute and strangely insisted on being paid only in cash. Finally, when she was personally unable to provide care, she would send her daughter, who was rude to my mother more than once. She often refused to help with light housework such as laundry. For anyone considering, I strongly recommend finding an alternative to these folks.
