Pam is the best person we have had come in, hands down. She has 30 years of care-giving experience and it shows. We now lovingly call my mother "The Queen" because every time we come in my mom is washed, dressed, combed, fed and sitting on the couch or in bed in a big cloud of pillows like a very comfortable queen. My mom had a great sense of humor and would have laughed and given her royal approval. Usually people say no one takes care of my mom better than I do, Pam does. We can love her the most but, my sister and I can only dream of having this skill level of care-giving. She is extremely punctual, so kind, caring friendly and knowledgeable, she has a passion for her job. A true gem. We can go out freely knowing my mom, who has Alzheimer's, is safe. I just can't say enough good things about her kindness and quality care toward my mom. It's nice to see someone who has as much passion for caring for other people as the first day she started 30 years ago. It's clearly a natural gift.
