My passion for helping people extends over many job opportunities by using my strengths of compassion and kindness. Provide health care oversight of senior citizens in the home with individual case management and responsibilities as a private caregiver. General duties include the database entry of patient conditions, action plans, housing conditions, clinical intervention, and intervention outcomes. I have a huge experience working from 2015 as an Activity Coordinator for Adult Day Care Health Center, where were some days more than 100 people. I did excellent job with any client I worked with as a Private Home Health Assistant, and on the facilities of the Senior Living. In my tenure I have different types of clients, including Dementia clients, Alzheimer, Tube Feeds. I have a great deal of patience and companion.
