Nicole is an absolutely amazing person and caregiver for our Grandfather! She is very reliable. If Nikki says she'll be there then she'll be there! She helps Grandpa with hands on care, medications, running errands and sends us daily updates on how he's doing. Nikki has even helped us with recommendations regarding his care and helped us orient new caregivers on Grandpa's daily routine. I just wish we could find more caregivers like her! Would recommend her 100%!!!!
