Local Registered Nurse specializing in home health care. I'd describe my personality as fun, caring, positive. I like caring for seniors because I love to build relationships with them. Hearing stories of days gone by, seeing a smile when you help them accomplish simple tasks, watching them overcome hurdles, knowing they have someone to care for them... it all makes my career choice valuable to me! I'm looking for a job that provides flexibility for scheduling. I spent 12 years of my career in dialysis. In order to step away from healthcare "hustle and bustle" and to be in an environment where I could spend more one on one time with my patients, I decided to enter the home health care realm! I make it a point to have great relationships with all of my patients. I spend time getting to know my patients and learning what their quirks are in order to be able to communicate with them effectively.
