Am a retired teacher/technologist and mother (just not retired from that nor planning to). Am physically very fit which helps when working with mobility challenges. Have worked with senior population and have cared for aging family members over the years, both in our home and theirs. My student population was often severely impaired, non-ambulatory, non-verbal etc., and severely cognitively impaired so I am comfortable and skilled with folks who don't speak, live, function typically. It's really difficult to leave the people you love, at any age, especially those who cannot advocate for themselves, in the care of strangers. But we can remedy at least one situation - so let's talk/meet. What do you need help with? That's what I'm here for. I do not transport children/adults. Just a personal preference. I am generally not available early mornings.
