We are blessed that Najalia has chosen to give her caring to our family. Najalia brings thoughtfulness and care to my father now limited with dementia. Najalia brings a warm personable welcome and then turns her attention and focus to enable my father to do what he is unable to do on his own. That could be interpreting his needs, communicating his preferences, changing the music channel, talking and laughing over a video, offering water and food. One must be keenly aware and observant as well as smart and thoughtful to provide this personalized level of care, which Najalia does with kindness.
