About Myrna

I am a Certified Home Health Aide and have been a caregiver for the last 12 years. I enjoyed doing the activities of daily living (ADLs) for the seniors because I always find fulfillment in helping them perform their usual daily routines. I encourage them to do it by themselves to recover their self-confidence and self-worth. I enjoyed doing household chores with them or for them. Do walking and exercises just fit for their capability. I love doing word games, singing, reading, gardening, and any other hobbies that may interest the client. I am computer literate and can help or teach them the internet or any other computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. I also love doing art works, scrap booking, especially taking pictures of plants, flowers, animals and nature. Generally I am a simple and very contented person with my life and family and very grateful of what I have and am always geared to keep focus on what I am tasked to do.
