About Michelle

As a youth, I learned that sometimes all someone needs is company. In my high school, The Mary Louis Academy, we were required to complete volunteer work. For my endeavor in this kind of work, I chose to aid the elderly. While all that was asked of me was companionship, I learned that this simple task is valued highly. I would go multiple times a week to spend time with folks several times my age and took from it the beautiful message that life is livelier with a friend. And while I may not have more experience with elders, I am welcoming of working with them to make sure their needs are met.
