About Michelle

I was a state-tested nursing assistant for 13 years working in nursing homes hospitals assisted living and hospice. I have worked in assisted living with residents with memory loss /issues. I have had extensive training in Alzheimer's /dementia care. The only reason I have lost my stna certification was that I did not work in a care facility for a year. I have been doing private duty home care for about 15 years and love it. As I have gotten older I have realized my body can't handle taking care of 15 -20 people a night so I decided it was time for a change. Home care started as helping a friend of my daughter's grandma and blossomed from there. I have been doing senior care for a total of 31 years. I have met some really great families in these years of home care. I was with my last client for 7years until she passed away in November 2020 at the age of 99. I was working with a gentleman that had Parkinson's disease He and his family decided nursing home care was better for him
