I have 2 years of experience working as an LPN in outpatient setting. I worked 13 years with a group home as well providing ADLs and taking care of patient with developmental disabilities, dementia, and behavioral challenges. I am always will to learn new nursing skills and have no issues contact providers or discussing client needs with other nurses clearly. I can help with Transportation Services and Respite Care. I have seen so many people having to drive hours away from where they live to visit their loved ones in nursing homes and it breaks my heart. I offer peace of mind knowing that you are welcome to come and visit them. I am open to client families suggestions, opinions, and observations and look forward to work with you to provide the dignity that every human deserves. I am able to assist with ADLs with limitations. Client/families must provide adaptable equipment (lifts, hoyers, gait belts, etc.) for patient transport. SAFETY IS UPMOST IMPORTANCE.
