About Michele

I am a certified activities director for retirement communities and love the wisdom of the older generation. I learned the special skills needed to care for those who have dementia. I'm also an expert at building relationships, making quick connections, and helping loved ones engage with life once they become shut-in. As a former school teacher, I taught world cultures and literature. I'm well-versed on current events and history and great conversation topics to help your loved one stay engaged. I am an incredible home chef and I am skilled at preparing nutritious meals with dietary constraints. Since Covid, depression and anxiety has become common. I have experienced the same struggles, and have studied and taught many positive strategies for getting your joy back.
