About Michele

I learned my skills/qualifications in my early years as a Certified Nursing Aide, with an emphasis in dementia. In 2012, I was living and working out of Texas as a Regional Leadership Development Manager, when I received a call that my 92-year-old grandmother fell and broke her back and was no longer able to live independently. My husband & I moved back to WNY so that I could provide total care for my Gram so that she could remain in her own home until her passing 2 1/2 years later. After her passing, I realized that caring for the elderly is exactly where I want to be. Since then, I have cared for several Hospice/elderly clients providing various levels of care throughout the day and overnight. I am a loyal, dependable & trustworthy caretaker and understand, on a personal level, the importance of providing loving care and a safe environment for your loved one.
