Michael is extremely kind and patient. I trust him completely to care for my father. More importantly, my father completely trusts him and feels well cared for when Michael is there. Caring for my father requires a lot of physical strength and Micheal is very capable to handle it. He is very observant and notices health issues or changes in my father that need to be addressed. He also works very well with the other caregivers and coordinates care well with our team.
