Micci is friendly, kind and personable....my father at age 89 looked so forward to her visits! She engaged with him by doing the many activities she found he loved to do such as, playing cards, talking, listening and singing along to music, looking at photographs and sharing memories along with this she enthusiastically engaged him daily in cognitive and physical therapeutic exercises which so helped. She was responsible for meals and assisting with his mobility during all the daily activities. I feel very confident in highly recommending her in a senior care role, our family was extremely grateful and relieved to have found such dependable, caring and patient person to help with our Dad!
