About Micah

I worked in a retirement home for 2 years as a dietary aid. The best part was interacting with the residents and helping them as best as I could. I might not be a certified nurse or Doctor but I have had training for CPR and have taken care of my roommate who struggles with intense seizures. I am currently attending Culinary school so food prep comes naturally, will most likely have pastries on hand when I arrive if asked to. My class times do change when I enter a new course but they are in the afternoon at this time starting at 12. I am only on campus twice a week the other days during the week are through zoom. I am a quiet person by nature until I am of course working in a commercial kitchen.
