I spoke with Melolyn on the phone and we agreed to meet in person for an interview. She confirmed over text, but didn't show up the day of. She didn't respond to texts, calls, or care.com messages when I was trying to reach her, and gave no notice that she wasn't going to show up. For this job, you really need someone reliable and communicative, and unfortunately Melolyn did not showcase those attributes.
