About Melissa

Hi! Im Melissa, a 42-year-old stay at home mom of 10-year-old twins who are in school. I am looking for some part time work that is flexible with the school year calendar in regards to school holidays and vacation weeks. While I have no medical training for elder care, I do have a good amount of experience with elderly family members who I helped care for in their final years and clients I have met through this app. This includes family and clients with dementia, family who was living in nursing homes, in their own homes, in memory care, and assisted living facilities. I am passionate about making sure they are receiving the care that they deserve and that they are treated with dignity and respect. I love to talk and listen to stories of their lives and their happiest memories. Happy to provide references too!
