Mele worked as a caregiver for our father for about 4 years. My Dad’s age was 91 when she started and he passed away at over 95 years old. Mele worked three 24 hour shifts in a row. She was flexible if we needed other shifts covered. Mele is very reliable and responsible. She would cook all his meals, make sure he took his pills on time, had snacks ready, make sure he drank enough water, exercised regularly, etc. When he took naps, she would do laundry, wash the dishes, sweep the floors, etc. When Mele started my Dad was mobile, but he progressed to being in a wheelchair towards the end. Also, she would keep track of his oxygen levels and his temperature. Monitoring the oxygen flow when needed. Mele is a very competent caregiver. She is responsible, reliable, thoughtful, caring, and a pleasure to work with. She became part of the family. I would highly recommend her as a caregiver to anyone. She is the best!
