Melanie exceeded my expectations. She was kind, experienced, and understood how to help a patient with dementia. My mom in law is usually very nervous around strangers, but Melanie put her at ease. She was able to stay calm and reassuring when mom would get agitated or fixated. She was able to help mom stay safe on her walker. She answered texts promptly when I checked in. I would definitely hire again. To sum up, mom said she was "wonderful....perfect...and I can't find a better person to leave her with."
