About Megan

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, patient, and friendly! I like caring for seniors because I have a strong sense of compassion for seniors. Building friendships brings me joy and fulfillment! I'm looking for a job where I can make a difference in someone's life and be able to ease the stress of family members' caretaking duties. I started caring for seniors in 2022 when I became certified. Since then, I have worked as a CNA at a nursing home for memory care/rehabilitation in OH and as a PCT at AnMed hospital in progressive cardiac care in SC. In my spare time, I like to hike, play tennis, run, or paint. I also enjoy caring for my pet fish and snails! One thing you should know about me is that I understand that entering someone's home and caring for them requires immense trust. I will be respectful and treat any senior as I would want my own family member to be cared for. My skills include effective communication, personal care/hygiene, and safety/fall prevention.
