About Martha

Hi! I am a young adult with passion for helping others. I experienced a lot as my mom developed chronic arthritis and spinal stenosis along with mental health issues. She inspired me to go to school for occupational therapy. It was there that I learned more compassion, exercises to help her and ways to adapt her daily life based on her health issues. I feel ready and driven to help others who are in need in their own home, going for a walk or run errands, help through the night or even just be there and spend quality time.
