About Marlene

At 16 I began working as a Nurses Aide. I gained many interpersonal skills and medical knowledge at that time. While attending University I found that those skills enhanced my learning experience as I earned my social work degree. Upon graduation, I began my career as a social worker and over 40 years had many experiences with a diverse population of people from all walks of life. I am quite comfortable engaging with seniors and believe in the value of companionship. I am confident I could offer the support needed in a senior's daily lifestyle, while improving their sense of security and comfort. My friends would describe me as kind, humorous, hard working and caring. I am now retired and have time in my life to be of service to others. It would be quite satisfying to work with a senior enhancing their life. Thank you for your consideration.
